Leap is an ideal setting for conducting focus groups. Our Harrisburg Room measures 41 feet by 25 feet with two 10-by10-foot overhead bay doors for easy large-product testing. The Harrisburg Room also offers an adjoining one-way mirror observation room that seats 18. The Susquehanna Room measures 15 feet by 20 feet and includes a one-way mirror observation room that seats up to 10. Our facility is conveniently located just 12 miles from Harrisburg International Airport.

Our facility has everything you need – from catering services to a full kitchen for product testing. And our rooms are equipped for video conferencing/web broadcasting and can record on ½-inch or ¾-inch tape, DVD, video clips on CD, or audio on cassette and CD. Leap also offers expert moderators on staff, along with one-on-one, in-depth interviewers.

and a central telephone facility

Leap has an alliance with a telephone facility housing 120 computer-assisted telephone interviewing stations. We offer international coverage and use CFMC software. We can conduct multilingual interviewing in Spanish and perform in-house tabulations and programming.
